Buttery puff pastry wrapped around a seasoned pork and herb filling — perfect for parties or lunch boxes.
Method
- Mix pork, onion, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, herbs and seasoning in a bowl.
- Cut each pastry sheet in half lengthways.
- Shape mince into logs and place along the centre of each pastry strip.
- Brush one edge with egg wash, roll tightly and seal. Cut each log into three.
- Place seam-side down on lined trays, score tops and brush with egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 200 °C for 25–30 minutes until pastry is golden and meat is cooked through.
